Yasin received LL.B. degree from Maltepe University Faculty of Law (Istanbul/Turkey) in 2009. He has been continuing his LL.M. studies at Maltepe University Institute of Social Sciences (Istanbul/Turkey) since 2014.
Yasin specifically focused on large-scaled construction projects and relevant matters on their finance in his professional career. He is currently writing his LL.M. thesis entitled “Legal Problems and Solutions in Land Share subject to Transformation of Buildings under Disaster Risk according to the Law no. 6306 (6306 Sayılı Kanuna Göre Afet Riski Altındaki Binaların Dönüştürülmesine Konu Arsa Payındaki Hukuki Sorunlar ve Çözümleri)”.
His areas of expertise are construction law, urban transformation, real property law, corporate and commercial law, project finance, M&As, the law of inheritance and employment law.
Before joining ÖZATA Law & Partners, Yasin advised many corporations as a self-employed lawyer and provided legal support to a large number of firms operating a business in the field of urban transformation.
As being a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 2009, Yasin participated many certificate programme and trainings such as certificate programme for construction agreement in return for land share and contract negotiations held in March 2016; in the training of current affairs in the employment law held in September 2016; training of real property law and condominiums held in November 2016; training of urban transformation held in December 2016; training of rental law held in March 2017 and training of negotiable instruments law held in April 2017.
Yasin, actively working in the field of alternative dispute resolution, has still been providing service as a mediator, plus continuing the compulsory programme for being an expert mediator.
